Victor Olliver (author) is a leading UK-based practitioner and teacher of astrology who has edited the Astrological Association's prestigious magazine The Astrological Journal since 2014. With a distinction diploma in astrology from London's Mayo School, he is the author of the Lifesurfing annual forecast books and Chasing the Dragons: An Introduction to Draconic Astrology.
