Editorial Reviews

"Winning your life back from OCD requires a trustworthy plan and sturdy support, and that's just what you'll get from the second edition of this workbook. You can rely on the guidance of Dr. Abramowitz, one of the world's foremost authorities on this disorder. You will learn simple and effective tactics to counter the moves of OCD so that you can achieve a new level of freedom."--Reid Wilson, PhD, author of Stopping the Noise in Your Head

"This book was the best tool we had when our adolescent son was fighting his OCD. We quickly realized OCD does not just happen to the individual, but affects the entire family. We needed to learn and follow an evidence-based treatment plan. Dr. Abramowitz outlines each step in a clear, concise way. The chapter on 'Putting It All Together' was particularly helpful. Dr. Abramowitz helps you create a 'battle plan' that is the key to winning the war."--Kim V., Jacksonville, Florida

"The first edition was a masterpiece, and the second edition is even better. Dr. Abramowitz provides a framework for battling OCD that incorporates recent research and clinical advances. This book can help you overcome obsessions and compulsions and live the life you desire."--Eric A. Storch, PhD, coeditor of Understanding OCD

"Hard to believe, but Dr. Abramowitz has improved on his excellent workbook in this terrific new edition. He explains complex issues in easy-to-understand language. All the steps to managing OCD are here."--Bradley C. Riemann, PhD, Clinical Director, OCD Center, Rogers Behavioral Health, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
