A few days ago I bought this new release, and decided to try some recipes.
Here are some of the highlights from the book:
Short info section at the beginning described the basics of popsicles and general cooking methods.
Next, I found a section about types of pops there are five most used. Interesting read of secrets of fruit pops and FAQ regarding homemade pops.
One of the first things I do when I receive a new cookbook I browse all recipes and add sticky tabs to the most delicious and easy recipes that I want to try. Here are some of the recipes that I tabbed. I listed them by chapters that the author has in the book.
