Vernetta K. Williams, PhD, is a writing coach, editor and speaker; she has a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a M.A. in English from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a PhD in English from the University of South Florida. Vernetta utilizes her experiences as a university educator, administrator and curriculum designer to develop scholarly writing resources for graduate students. As founder of Chrysalis Consulting LLC, Vernetta works with universities, educational funds and fellowship programs to service the writing needs of graduate students and decrease the amount of time, stress and money associated with earning a graduate degree.
