Delivery and Shipping policy with logistic partner name and TAT (Turn Around Time)
We normally dispatch all our orders in timely manner. We deliver products across India using our logistics partners BlueDart, Trackon, Delhivery, and DTDC.
The Delivery time for the ordered products is upto 30 days from the day of placing an order. Moreover, Shipping and Delivery dates are mentioned on the Order Detail page aswell.But due to certain unavoidable circumstances shipment may be delayed sometimes. Customers are advised to place the order earlier if they have a deadline to meet them.
Mandatory Requirements for shipping:
Customers are responsible for providing shipping details which should also include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also contact number to ensure proper delivery.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security counter itself, so please make sure you are aware of this & check with the security counter.
